SPN Regional: New plan with old ideas
“Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life,” were words used by college dean Wormer in the 1978 hit movie ‘Animal House’. Wormer, played by Canadian actor John Vernon, was chewing out the undisciplined party boys of the frat house, Delta Tau Chi.
